The present invention relates to tape carrier packages and a display device and, more particularly, to tape carrier packages and a display device, wherein the tape carrier packages have a structure capable of reducing the number of signal lines formed on a substrate even when the number of gate lines is increased due to the requirement of an ultra-high resolution or a large display area. According to the present invention, the display device includes: two or more gate tape carrier packages connected to a bonding pad formed on at least one among a first side and a second side of a display panel; and line-on-glass-type signal lines connected between the gate tape carrier packages. |
