A method of issuing/managing online reward content presents a method of issuing online reward content according to the online/offline activity conductance result of a user, and managing/editing various online reward content and item books which are issued, and provides a method of changing acquired reward content to digital money capable of being used in a digital content store to enable a user to purchase content or exchange it with online content through another user, through which the present invention provides convenience so that the user may manage digital content more easily and conveniently.
