The present invention relates to an inhibitor switch for a vehicle and, more specifically, to an inhibitor switch, having a lift type contactor, which electrically connects or blocks multiple terminals by being lifted without a rotation of the contactor which mutually connects or blocks the multiple terminals. The inhibitor switch having a lift type contactor of the present invention includes: a housing in which a first terminal and a second terminal are mounted to be separated mutually; a rotor which is mounted on the upper part of the housing in order to be rotatable; a cover which is fixated and combined with the housing by being arranged in the upper part of the rotor; a contactor which is mounted on the lower part of the cover and electrically connects or blocks the first terminal and the second terminal by being selectively in contact with the first terminal and the second terminal when the rotor rotates; and a spring which elastically supports the contactor in a downward direction where the housing is arranged by being arranged between the cover and the contactor. A penetration hole penetrating the contactor is formed in the rotor. When the rotor rotates, the contactor connects the first terminal and the second terminal by being in contact with the first terminal and the second terminal by penetrating the penetration hole or blocks the first terminal and the second terminal by being in contact with the upper side of the rotor.
