PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder containing a conjugated linoleic acid or a large amount of other oils which can be used as a nutritional supplementary food and can be blended with a food material in order to prepare a food product suitable for ingestion by animals or humans.SOLUTION: There is provided a conjugated linoleic acid powder which contains any of triglycerides containing CLA, free fatty acids of CLA, alkyl esters of CLA or other desired oil. The powder is fluid and has excellent organoleptic properties. The powder is spray-dried in an inert atmosphere. |
