In the present invention, provided is a system for controlling seawater foam on the surface of discharged seawater made by contacting seawater to flue gas with sulfur dioxide, removing the sulfur dioxide from the flue gas and treating the same in a seawater aerator. The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling foam having heavy metal on the surface of the discharged seawater generated when the discharged seawater is treated in flue gas desulfurization system related to a sea water aeration tank. |
