An apparatus for soldering a ribbon according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to reduce or eliminate a bowing phenomenon which may occur in a ribbon soldering process, includes: a heating part soldering a first ribbon on one side of a photoelectric conversion cell; a heating plate supporting the photoelectric conversion cell where a second ribbon is arranged on the other side facing the one side, having a cell arrangement part getting concave in a direction from the one side to the other side, and heating the second ribbon when the photoelectric conversion cell is arranged in the cell arrangement part; and a control part controlling a heating operation of the heating plate.
