摘要

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an antioxidant composition and an anti-inflammatory composition using extract of Cocculus trilobus. Disclosed is an extract of Cocculus trilobus having an antioxidant activity checked by a DPPH method and a NBT method and an activity of inhibiting generation of NO, PGE_2, and inflammatory cytokine in macrophage cell line stimulated by LPS.
