<p>The present invention relates to a composition, an immune booster, and an anticancer supplement for inducing maturation of antigen-presenting cells comprising PAUF (Pancreatic adenocarcinoma up-regulated factor) protein as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the PAUF protein promotes differentiation of immature antigen-presenting cells and effectively matures antigen-presenting cells, especially, dendritic cells. Also, the PAUF protein has excellent effects of reinforcing an immune reaction and increasing efficiency of an antigen-presenting cell cancer vaccine, thereby being used for the immune booster or the anticancer supplement. Also, antigen-presenting cells matured by the PAUF protein can be utilized as a cell medicine to treat immune diseases such as cancer, viral infection diseases, etc.</p> |
