BONE FIXING DEVICE AND MODULAR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone fixing device that includes a fixation element which has a shaft and performs fixation to a bone and a head part and that includes a receiving part which receives the head part and receives a rod to be connected to the fixation element.SOLUTION: A receiving part is formed integrally and comprises: an upper end part; a bottom end part; a bore extending from the upper end part to the bottom end part; a substantially-U-shaped channel that is adjacent to the upper end part and receives a rod; and a seat part that is adjacent to the bottom end part and stores a head part. A fixation element is inserted from the upper end part. A bone fixing device includes a pressure element that is movable in the bore so as to realize pressure application to the head part. The fixation element is rotatable to the receiving part and is fixable at a certain angle by the pressure application to the head part through the pressure element. A spring element working between the pressure element and the receiving part is provided. The spring element enables the pressure element to be inserted from the upper end part; however, it prevents the pressure element from coming off through the upper end part.
