More specifically, the procedures and methodology relate to insurance or policies which allow for retirement plan contribution when an individual is disabled and is no longer able to receive pay from an employer.

1. A computer implemented method for pension supplementation when an employee has a long-term disability, the computer implemented method comprising:
a) an employer computer for sending and retrieving data, wherein the employer computer is connected by a network; b) a financial services computer for sending and receiving data, wherein the financial services computer is connected to the network and the network is connected to the employer computer, and wherein the employer computer sends funds and data through the network to the financial services computer; c) a bank computer for sending and receiving data, wherein the interface is connected to the network and the network is connected to the financial services computer, and wherein the financial services computer sends funds through the network to the bank computer; and wherein the employer computer sends funds and data of the employee upon disablement via the network to the financial services computer, the financial services computer sends the funds via the network to the bank computer, and wherein the bank computer disperses funds to the employee upon the employee reaching retirement age.
