摘要 Disclosed is an organic photoreceptor which provides stable, high evenness of in-plane image density over a long period of time, and a production process of the organic photoreceptor. The organic photoreceptor includes a conductive support, an organic photosensitive layer, and a surface layer made of a cured resin, which are stacked in this order. The surface layer is obtained by curing a composition containing a radical polymerizable compound for forming the cured resin, metal oxide fine particles having a surface treated with a silane coupling agent, and a silane compound represented by the following general formula (1),;wherein R1 to R3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and at least one of R1 to R3 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aryl group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms.
