A camera module (11) has a lens (1) and an image sensor (3) for converting the image formed by means of the lens (1) into an electrical signal, wherein the lens (1) is disposed so as to be exposed from an opening part (51) formed on a metal case (50). Moreover, a power-feeding coil (5), to which a power-feeding circuit is directly or indirectly connected, is mounted on the camera module (11). The power-feeding coil (5) is disposed, for example, in a space between the image sensor (3) and the lens (1) in the optical axis direction of the lens (1). The power-feeding coil (5) is coupled with the metal case (50) through a magnetic field, and the metal case (50) acts as a radiation element for communication.
