The present invention comprises: the photosensitive body (1); an electrostatic charge unit (2); an electrostatic charge power supply (S1); a light exposure unit (3); a developing unit (4); an acquisition unit (120) which acquires information relating to the accumulated usage amount of the photosensitive body (1); a control unit (110) which performs control so as to implement a charge-neutralising operation which neutralises a charge by exposing the photosensitive body (1) to light from the light exposure unit (3); and a configuration which, on the basis of the information relating to the accumulated usage amount of the photosensitive body (1), adjusts the light exposure amount from the light exposure unit (3) when implementing the charge-neutralising operation. |
