<p>An optical transmission module comprising: a base member having a flat base member top surface; a light source; an optical modulator; an optical element provided on the base member and between the light source and the optical modulator; an incident-side holder having an incident-side first smooth surface in contact with the base member top surface, being provided on the base member and between the light source and the optical element, and being capable of sliding in the optical axis direction on the base member top surface; an incident-side lens held by the incident-side holder; an emitting-side slide member having an emitting-side second smooth surface orthogonal to the optical axis direction; and an emitting-side lens-holding member having an emitting-side third flat surface that faces the emitting-side second flat surface. The optical transmission module is provided with: an emitting-side holder having an emitting-side first smooth surface in contact with the base member top surface, being provided on the base member and between the optical element and the optical modulator, and being capable of sliding in the optical axis direction on the base member top surface; and an emitting-side lens held by the emitting-side lens-holding member.</p> |
