<p>The present invention relates to a penetration sleeve with an embedded expansion pad for flame prevention. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the penetration sleeve with the embedded expansion pad for flame prevention capable of being firmly embedded in a slab and preventing flame spreads by blocking the inner part of the penetration sleeve while pressing a vertical pipe joined to the penetration sleeve to destroy in case of fire. Namely, the present invention relates to the penetration sleeve embedded in the slab where the vertical pipe penetrates through. The penetration sleeve is composed of an upper pipe and a lower pipe. Fixed brackets are protruding on the outer circumference of the bottom of a lower body vertically penetrating through the lower pipe. A lower pipe expansion unit is formed on the middle outer part of the lower body at a height identical to the lower body to form a pad insertion space between the lower body and the lower pipe expansion unit, and the expansion pad for flame prevention is joined to the pad insertion space. Expansion pad expansion holes are formed on the upper part of the lower body facing the lower pipe expansion unit. The upper pipe is formed to make an upper body be inserted into the lower body. A cover easily separated by a division groove is formed on the upper side of the upper body to be integrated. The upper pipe expansion unit is formed on the lower outer side of the upper body to be inserted into the lower pipe expansion unit. A locking protrusion is protruding from the upper outer circumference of the upper pipe expansion unit to be locked by the lower pipe expansion unit. The upper and lower pipes forming an existing penetration sleeve are formed into a circular shape or a rectangular shape.</p> |
