<p>PURPOSE: An oxyorthosilicate phosphor is provided to control the generation of a secondary phase including orthosilicate, to emit visible light of a long wavelength having high optical photonic efficiency, and to control temperature exposure phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oxyorthosilicate phosphor comprises the following steps: preparing an aqueous cationic solution by dissolving SrCO_3 or Eu_2O_3, carbonate of M^I or oxide, and the carbonate of M^II in nitric acid and water; preparing an aqueous anionic aqueous solution by dissolving (NH_4)_2CO_3 in the water; adding SiO_2 powder seeds to the aqueous anionic solution; precipitating a reaction product by mixing the aqueous cationic solution and the aqueous anionic solution; washing and drying the reaction product; shattering the reaction product; and synthesizing the phosphor by sintering the reaction product at reduction atmosphere.</p> |
