PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of improving flat strength of at least an end part on an outdoor side of a sheath pipe or the vicinity thereof.SOLUTION: In a foundation penetration piping part structure, a sheath pipe 37 penetrating a foundation 34 of a building 21 is provided, and a piping 38 is inserted inside the sheath pipe 37. The sheath pipe 37 has a lateral extension part 37a and a vertical extension part 37b. On the outer periphery of the lateral extension part 37a, plural flange parts 47 are provided. Between the end part of the lateral extension part 37a of the sheath pipe 37 and the end part of the piping 38, a termite proof packing 42 is installed. At the tip outer peripheral part of the termite proof packing 42, a guide taper part is provided. |
