Provided is an organic light-emitting element, comprising an anode, a cathode, and a light-emitting layer provided between the anode and the cathode, which additionally comprises according to one embodiment of the present invention, in between the cathode and the light-emitting layer and in sequence in the cathode to the light-emitting layer direction, a first layer, a second layer and a third layer, wherein the first layer comprises n-type organic material or a metal oxide, the second layer comprises barrier material, and the third layer comprises an n-type dopant, thus allowing the chemical reaction on the contact surfaces between the layers provided between the electrodes or the increase in the driving current due to dopant interdiffusion to be effectively prevented, and the stability of the element to be enhanced. |
