TEMPERED GLASS PLATE WITH LOW REFLECTIVE COATING AND PRODUCTION METHOD THERFOR

Provided are: a tempered glass plate with low reflective coating, said tempered glass plate having a thickness of less than 2 mm and being provided with excellent strength and antireflection performance; and a production method for the tempered glass plate with low reflective coating.　This tempered glass plate with low reflective coating is characterized by having a chemically-strengthened glass plate less than 2 mm thick, and a low reflective coating provided on the chemically-strengthened glass plate. The tempered glass plate with low reflective coating is further characterized in that: the low reflective coating is a silica-based porous membrane containing silica particles and a silica-based matrix; the mass ratio of the Sio２-equivalent solids of the silica particles and the silica-based matrix (i.e., silica particles/silica-based matrix) ranges from 70/30 to 30/70; the surface compression stress of the chemically-strengthened glass plate is at least 500 MPa; and the thickness of a compressive stress layer is at least 20 μm.
