Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a fish product. The present invention is realized by washing a fish, removing water from the fish, soaking the water-removed fish in a first seasoning liquid, taking the fish soaked in the first seasoning liquid and then dehydrating the fish to remove the first seasoning liquid, mixing the first seasoning liquid removed fish and a second seasoning liquid and then vacuum-packaging the mixture, heating the vacuum-packaged fish, and then quick-freezing the heated fish. According to the present invention, a fish such as a completely seasoned mackerel can be distributed and stored in a frozen state, thereby allowing consumers to easily store, cook, and ingest the fish. Further, according to the present invention, consumers can ingest the completely seasoned fish through simple thawing and heating, and thus the consumption of the fish product such as mackerel can be increased. |
