<p>The present invention relates to a ceiling type air conditioner. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ceiling type air conditioner (1) has multiple air outlets (3) in order to eject air conditioning air toward multiple rooms (S1, S2, S3, S4) and is formed by a body (2) having an inhaling unit on one side in order to inhale air. Air conditioning assemblies (10) are respectively installed in a location adjacent to the air outlets (3). The air conditioning assemblies (10) heat-exchange the air inhaled from an air inlet and discharge the generated air conditioning air to the air outlets (3). First and second rotating flaps (20a, 20b) are installed to be rotatable in the air outlets (3) and in the location opposite to the air outlets (3) based on the air conditioning assemblies (10). The first and second rotating flaps (20a, 20b) are rotated by a rotating driving unit (30) installed in the body (2). The air conditioning assembly (10) and the rotating driving unit (30) are controlled by a temperature and wind direction control device. According to the present invention, air conditioning air is supplied through the air outlets (3), so the air conditioner can be installed in one of multiple rooms. Therefore, installation cost and product purchase cost can be reduced. Air conditioning air can be supplied to a room requiring air conditioning by controlling the operation of the first and second rotating flaps (20a, 20b). Therefore, energy efficiency can be improved.</p> |
