摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a noninvasive and nonbinding single layer thermometer for monitoring a core temperature. The noninvasive and nonbinding single layer thermometer comprises: a case which has an open lower side; first and second thermal conduction materials which have different degrees of heat conductivity and are respectively embedded in the case from side to side; and a circuit substrate in which multiple thermistors are electrically and respectively connected with the upper side of the case and the first or second thermal conduction material of the open lower side of the case. Thereby, the present invention is more efficient than an existing manual measurement method and enables a core temperature to be monitored for long time since the present invention: calculates and measures the core temperature through a temperature estimating correction factor, an air temperature, and a skin temperature which is measured by multiple thermistors in a state of putting the first and second thermal conduction materials onto skin with the case; is able to monitor the core temperature non-invasively even by being hung on a neck and touching a human skin surface which is a chest part; and enables a nonrestrictive measurement since a chest part is specified for a measurement part.</p>
