<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a vacuum type road garbage collector for picking up garbage of a footpath while traveling by using wheel rotation of a bicycle of traveling on a road, and to make a device for picking up the garbage without getting off the bicycle one by one, while collecting the garbage without knowing while shopping, commutating and attending to a school by the bicycle.SOLUTION: Rotary bearings 2 and 2 are installed by opening a central part of both cross sections of a cylinder of a wheel radius or more of the bicycle. Next, in a mandrel 3 slightly longer than the length of the cylinder, a body of a vacuum cylinder 10 is made by taking out a head from one rotary bearing 2. The vacuum cylinder 10 is partitioned into two chambers of a fan chamber 9 and a dust collection chamber 4 by a filter wall 6. When the mandrel 3 of taking out the head from the vacuum cylinder 10 is contacted with a tire 1 in a little higher position than the ground surface, a fan 14 connected to the mandrel 3 rotates at a high speed, and discharges air of the fan chamber 9, and the inside of the vacuum cylinder 10 is decompressed thereby, and the garbage on the road is collected to the dust collection chamber 4 together with outside air.</p> |
