An objective of the present invention is to prevent degradation in efficiency of access of a virtual computer upon a storage device. Provided is an information processing device, comprising: a virtualization unit which assigns a plurality of storage regions within a first storage unit among a plurality of storage units to each of a plurality of virtual computers and activates the plurality of virtual computers; and a control unit which, when efficiency of access by one virtual computer among the plurality of virtual computers to the storage region which is assigned to the one virtual computer falls below a reference value, switches the storage region assigned to the one virtual computer from the first storage unit to a second storage unit other than the first storage unit.
