1. A response time measurement apparatus, comprising:
a transceiver configured to receive capture information from a capture device for capturing an output screen of a measurement facility; and a controller configured to apply a test signal to the measurement facility through the transceiver, and detect an output time, the output time being a time at which a response corresponding to the test signal is displayed on the output screen based on the capture information, the controller further configured to measure a response time of the measurement facility based on the output time.
