[Solution] Provided is a communications control device that comprises the following: an acquisition unit that acquires information indicating a sleep mode selected for a target base station, from among a plurality of sleep modes that cause a base station to go into a sleep state; and an application unit that applies, to the target base station, the sleep mode selected for the target base station.
