The disclosure of the present invention relates to a content provision device, a content provision method, a program, a terminal device and a content provision system that enable the writing, into something other than an FDT, of attribute information for each file stored in a packet transmitted during a FLUTE session. The content provision device of the present disclosure is provided with the following: a fragment stream generation unit that generates a fragment stream on the basis of content source data; a FLUTE stream generation unit that generates a FLUTE stream comprising ALC packets which divide up and store the generated fragment stream, and that also writes attribute information pertaining to the fragment stream into the ALC packets which divide up and store the fragment stream; and a multicast distribution unit that performs FLUTE multicast distribution of the FLUTE stream. The disclosure of the present invention can be applied to systems that perform FLUTE multicast distribution of content. |
