摘要 Disclosed is a synthesis process for diacetyl epoxy glyceryl oleate, comprising the following steps: a. an esterification reaction: performing an esterification reaction on the esterification raw materials of glycerine and oleic acid under the action of an esterification catalyst at a temperature of 115°-190°C for 1.5-4.5 hours to produce glyceryl monooleate; b. an acetylation reaction: performing an acetylation reaction on the glyceryl monooleate and an acetylation reagent under the action of an acetylation catalyst at a temperature of 90°C-160°C for 2-10 hours to produce diacetyl glyceryl oleate; and c. an epoxidation reaction: reacting the diacetyl glyceryl oleate and hydrogen peroxide under the catalytic action of an epoxidation catalyst and a weak acid at a temperature of 60°C-80°C for 2-4 hours to produce diacetyl epoxy glyceryl oleate. The prepared diacetyl epoxy glyceryl oleate is applied to plastics as a plasticizer, and has the advantages of good stability, good fluidity and good intermiscibility with plastics.
