An array substrate, a manufacturing method therefor and a display device including same. The array substrate comprises: a substrate (1), a common electrode layer (401) positioned on the substrate (1) and a conductive layer (2) positioned on the surface of the substrate (1); the conductive layer (2) and common electrode layer (401) are connected in parallel. Since the conductive layer and common electrode layer are connected in parallel, the resistance value of the common electrode layer can be reduced, thereby crosstalk, greenish and other occurrences of the array substrate can be reduced, and the image quality of the display device can be improved.
