<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration and damage of buffer members.SOLUTION: Buffer members 130 are attached to both ends in the circumferential direction between two plate bodies 120 of a mass body 12 so as not to rotate with respect to the plate bodies 120. Then, peripheral edges at both sides in the width direction of external peripheral faces of a first side part 131 and a second side part 132 which abut on a support member 11 accompanied by the oscillation of the mass body 12 out of the buffer members 130 are chamfered. By this constitution, it can be suppressed that the buffer member 130 intrudes into a clearance between a side face of the support member 11 and side faces of the plate bodies 120 (the buffer member is sandwiched by both of the side faces) at abutment (collision) between the external peripheral face of the first side part 131 of the buffer member 130 and the support member 11 accompanied by the oscillation of the mass body 12, and at abutment (collision) between the external peripheral face of the second side part 132 and the support member 11. As a result, the application of a large force to a part of the buffer member 130 can be suppressed, and the deterioration and damage of the buffer member 130 can be suppressed.</p> |
