A cell heat dissipation system according to an embodiment is provided with: a plurality of cell modules; a plurality of heat pipes thermally connecting at one end to one surface of the cell modules and protruding at the other end from the cell modules; a plurality of metal heat transfer plates thermally connected to one surface of the cell modules; a plurality of heat dissipation parts provided at the other end of the heat pipes; and a blower unit for sending airflow to the plurality of heat dissipation parts. One of the heat dissipation parts is positionally displaced from the other heat dissipation units when viewed from the blower unit side.
