<p>An information input method and device, which relate to the technical field of electronics. The method comprises: perceiving a sliding operation on a touchscreen, and conducting character switching according to a sliding distance of the sliding operation; and when the sliding operation on the touchscreen is stopped, determining a character obtained by the latest switching as currently input information. In the method, currently input information is determined according to a sliding operation of a user on a touchscreen, for example, when a password is input, the currently input information can be one digit of the input password specifically, and all digits of the password can be obtained adopting the same manner. Since it is not necessary to adopt a virtual keyboard to conduct an information input operation, a malicious program cannot determine information input by a user by analyzing a click position of the user on the touchscreen, thereby improving the security of information input.</p> |
