The present invention provides a container electronic sealing device operation system and method for controlling the lock of a container door by applying near-field wireless communications to the device. The present invention includes: a main body unit which is installed on a container main wall and a container door to be detachable; and a locking unit which unlocks the container door through a control signal of a driving control unit. A server includes: an information transceiving interface unit which transceives information with the container electronic sealing device; an information analyzing unit which analyzes the content of information data received through the information transceiving interface unit; and a transfer information packet generating unit which generates data to a packet.
