<p>The present invention relates to a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) sheet and a method of producing thereof. The pressure sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a sheet-form substrate and a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed thereon, wherein the sheet-form substrate comprises at least one polyolefin-based resin film having a melting start temperature (Tmi) of about 120°C or higher and a peak melting temperature (Tmp) of from about 160°C to about 180°C, measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).</p> |
