Flat type observation device for sewage pipe

Disclosed is a flat plate-type observation apparatus for a sewage pipe, which is capable of filming the inside state of the pipe when driven in the pipe. The observation apparatus comprises a central body, a left body, a right body, two front wheels, two rear wheels, a camera, and a lighting part. Horizontal distances between the central body and the left and the right body coupled to the central body are capable of elastically increased or decreased with respect to the central body. The front and the rear wheels mounted on both side surfaces of the left and the right body respectively and laid down horizontally adhere to the inner wall of the pipe. The rear wheels move the observation apparatus forward and backward when driven by DC motors. When the front wheels are rotated clockwise or counterclockwise in a predetermined angle range with respect to a horizontal axis by servo motors, the observation apparatus is steered to rotate the bodies in order to cross an obstacle. The body has the camera mounted on the upper side thereof and filming the inside of the pipe, and has the lighting part lighting the front side thereof. The observation apparatus is capable of easily crossing the obstacle when controlled to be steered to rotate the bodies. In addition, the observation apparatus is capable of filming the inside of the pipe even if the pipe is filled with a certain amount of water.
