<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine copper particle with uniform particle size distribution, even though carbon content is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The copper particle is characterized by such a low-carbon content that the carbon content is less than 0.01 wt.%. The copper particle contains 100 to 1,000 ppm of phosphorus. Moreover, in the copper particle, the ratio D<SB POS="POST">90</SB>/D<SB POS="POST">50</SB>is 1.3 to 2.5, wherein D<SB POS="POST">90</SB>is a volume accumulation particle size in an accumulation volume of 90 vol.% measured by the laser diffraction scattering particle size distribution measurement method and D<SB POS="POST">50</SB>is a volume accumulation particle size in an accumulation volume of 50 vol.%, and the average particle diameter D of the primary particle measured by an image analysis is 0.1 to 4μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
