<p>According to distinct features of the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing rice capable of being carried and stored, which comprises (a) a mixed rice manufacturing step of mixing and roasting rice, kimchi, laver powder, soybean paste, and minor ingredients; (b) a casing rice manufacturing step of filling a collagen casing with a certain amount of mixed rice manufactured in the mixed rice manufacturing step, and sealing both ends; (c) a smoking step of smocking and forming the casing rice manufactured in the casing rice manufacturing step in a certain shape by using a shape forming unit; and (d) a vacuum packing step of sterilizing and vacuum packing the casing rice smoked in the smoking step. According to the present invention, provided is the method for manufacturing rice capable of being carried and stored, which can replace a meal and can be simply taken without special cooking by smoking and vacuum packing in a certain shape by using the shape manufacturing unit.</p> |
