Provided is a non-aqueous electrolyte battery electrode. The electrode contains an accumulator and an electrode layer formed on the accumulator. The electrode layer contains an active material represented by LiMn1-x-yFexAyPO4 (where in the formula, 0 < x ≤ 0.3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.1, and A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mg, Ca, Al, Ti, Zn, and Zr). The pore size having the highest frequency in the pore size distribution in the electrode layer as obtained by means of mercury intrusion porosimetry is in the range of 10-50 nm inclusive. The pore specific surface area of the electrode layer is 12-30 m2/g inclusive.
