Provided is a needle-equipped syringe in which the tilting of the needle is reduced as far as possible by preventing the tilting of a core pin during insert molding. A needle-equipped syringe (10) has: an outer cylinder (12) formed using a resin and having a cylindrical body (14), a cylinder front end (13) which is provided at the front end of the body (14), and an opening (16) which is provided at the base end of the body (14); and a syringe needle (11) held at the cylinder front end (13). In the needle-equipped syringe (10), the syringe needle (11) and the outer cylinder (12) are formed integrally in such a manner that the axis of the syringe needle (11) and the axis of the body (14) are substantially parallel to each other. The body (14) has a thick-walled section (14b) and a thin-walled section (14a), which are located at the base end of the body (14) at positions facing each other across the axis of the body (14). At the base end of the body (14), the axis of the inner peripheral surface of the body (14) is offset from the axis of the outer peripheral surface of the body (14). |
