摘要 <p> Provided is a hybrid system for electromotive driving of ancillary components in order to reduce the horsepower needed to drive ancillary components in an internal combustion engine and an electrical motor-generator, increasing the driving efficiency of the ancillary components, as well as minimizing the increased cost associated with electromotive driving of the ancillary components. The hybrid system (2) has an engine (10) and an electrical motor-generator (21), and is configured such that the crankshaft (15) of the engine (10) is provided with an electrical motor-generator power transmission mechanism (16), the electrical motor-generator (21) being linked to the electrical motor-generator power transmission mechanism (16); an ancillary component electrical motor (27) driven by power generated by the electrical motor-generator (21) is provided with an ancillary component power transmission mechanism (28), a plurality of ancillary components (26A-26E) being linked to the ancillary component power transmission mechanism (28); and the speed ratio of the ancillary component electrical motor (27) of the ancillary component power transmission mechanism (28) is determined individually for each of the ancillary components (26A-26E).</p>
