The present invention provides a microchip, DNA analysis method, and DNA analysis system which are capable of analyzing a single nucleotide polymorphism region. The present invention involves analyzing a nucleotide base in a single nucleotide polymorphism region in sample DNA, by separating a sample DNA solution on a microchip equipped with a plurality of reaction vessels which each correspond to a different nucleotide base, dispensing the solution to the reaction vessels, and executing a primer elongation reaction in each of the reaction vessels so as to make detection of a marker possible when the nucleotide base associated with a reaction vessel and the nucleotide base in a single nucleotide polymorphism region in the sample DNA match one another.
