The objective of the present invention is to provide an electric device with which a user can intuitionally obtain information corresponding to various functional units constituting the electric device. In order to achieve the above objective, this electric device including a non-contact communication means is configured such that: the non-contact communication means includes a transmission/reception unit that transmits/receives information; the non-contact communication means transmits/receives information to/from a terminal by bringing the terminal close to the transmission/reception unit; and said information includes data related to said electric device, or data for obtaining data that is related to said electric device and that exists on the Internet which is an external network.
