<p>Disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel and a display device thereof. The array substrate comprises a plurality of pixel units arranged on the substrate, and further comprises a light splitting layer (50). The light splitting layer (50) comprises a plurality of first prism units (51), which are used for refracting light rays penetrating therethrough in order to form light rays in multiple colors; and the colors and areas of the light rays which penetrate through the first prism units (51) and are received by each pixel unit are enabled to correspond to the color and area set by the pixel unit. The array substrate with the structure described above avoids the need of a color filter in the display panel, and also gives the display device the capability of displaying color images.</p> |
