<p>A modular hot-melt adhesive spray head, comprising a spray head body (1), and further comprising an adapter plate (2) and a gas pressure plate (3), the adapter plate (2) abutting the spray head body (1) from the side, covering the opening of an adhesive reservoir (5) such that the adhesive reservoir (5) is a closed reservoir; the top side of the gas pressure plate (3) abutting against the underside of the spray head body (1) such that a gas storage reservoir (6) is a closed reservoir. The hot-melt adhesive spray head is divided into three parts: the spray head body (1), the adapter plate (2), and the gas pressure plate (3); Separating the gas pressure plate (3) and the spray head body (1) allows for the gas nozzle (8) to be separate from the hot-melt adhesive nozzle (4); on the gas pressure plate (3), the gas nozzle (8) can be conveniently and thoroughly cleaned from the two sides of the gas nozzle (8), thereby increasing service life.</p> |
