<p>The present invention discloses a multi-level bidirectional sales commerce system, comprising: a customer computer, a web server, a database, a member registration system, an electronic transaction system, a payment module, and a display terminal equipment. A user establishes a bidirectional binding transaction relationship by means of the web server, the member registration system, and the database, performing the technical function of multi-level bidirectional sales, avoiding the low efficiency of direct sales and bidirectional sales technologies, resolving the technical difficulty of multi-level bidirectional marketing, and thus significantly improving effectiveness in exchange of goods between buyers and sellers. In the present invention, a consumer and a merchant buy from and sell to each other at multiple levels, thus reducing intermediate links in circulation, decreasing costs for the consumer, conserving resources, improving marketing efficiency, and maximizing consumption value; the merchant saves effort in marketing, and by means of leveraging effort bidirectionally, the market resources of both buyers and sellers are effectively integrated, significantly increasing customer resources and product sales and thus maximizing the value of the marketing resources of both parties.</p> |
