Provided is an apparatus for collecting floating matters on the surface of water, which gathers floating matters such as weed or water plants, collects the floating matters by a propeller, transfers the floating matters to a filter, filters and concentrates the floating matters, and then compress and transfers the floating matters through a pipe by a screw. The collection of phosphorous is required to be recovered from the floating matters in order to remove algal blooms and red tides. The removal methods of the algal blooms and the red tides by stirring the algal blooms and the red tides or distributing red clay over the algal blooms and the red tides makes the algal blooms and the red tides repetitively occur by depositing and accumulating the algal blooms and the red tides; and distributing plankton or injecting air into water costs too much, corrupts and deposits weed such as floating grass and water hyacinth, and causes second water pollution. The apparatus gathers floating matters in accordance with wind or water flow, or collects the floating matters by a weed collection net; removes floating waste by a filter bar, or rotates a screwed propeller with filtering function to transfer the floating matters on the surface of water to a reversing filter, filters and concentrates the floating matters, and then compresses and transfers the floating matters through a pipe. Accordingly, the apparatus is provided to reduce repetitive algal blooms and red tides by recovering phosphorous from the floating matters, wherein the recovered fresh phosphorus is capable of being used as feed of a fish farm, animal feed, and a secondary processing material; and recover a large amount of phosphorous at low cost to use the phosphorous as a gassy fermentation material. |
