Provided is a clock recovery device for a circuit connected with a cascade. The clock recovery device includes a clock recovery unit which generates an output clock having the width of first time using an input clock. The clock recovery unit generates the output clock which ascends or descends after the first time by ascending or descending at detection start time by detecting one among a rising edge, a falling edge, a high level, and a low level from the input clock. |
