Provided is a method of cooling a power conversion system. The method of cooling a power conversion system includes the steps of: detecting a temperature of cooling water; comparing the temperature of the cooling water with a preset first reference temperature; detecting an outdoor temperature when the temperature of the cooling water is higher than the first reference temperature; comparing the outdoor temperature with a preset second reference temperature; and requesting a driving condition change of a cooling target when the outdoor temperature is higher than the preset second reference temperature.
