The present invention relates to a data management device and method that stores and manages a file uploaded to a data management device according to a code, and includes a data reception unit receiving data to be uploaded from an upload terminal, a DB having a folder according to a branch code, an upload data classification unit checking a branch code to be posted included in the received data, classifying the data according to the code, and storing the classified data in the folder of a corresponding branch code, a data posting unit monitoring the uploading of data to the branch code folder and posting a list of data uploaded to the branch code folder on the electronic board of a corresponding branch when the data is uploaded, a posting notification unit providing a push service to a clerk′s terminal of a corresponding branch to notify him or her of the posting when a new list is posted on the data posting unit, and a data search unit enabling search and retrieval in a corresponding branch code folder and providing found and retrieved data, when a search request for the posting is received from the clerk′s terminal of the branch. |
