Disclosed are an interior sheet having a three-dimensional metal embossing which has a high-gloss appearance and rarely shows through and a method manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the interior sheet comprises: a transparent substrate layer; a hairline pattern formed on the lower side of the transparent substrate layer; a metal layer formed on the transparent substrate layer and the lower side of the hairline pattern; an adhesive layer formed on the lower side of the metal layer; a base layer formed on the lower side of the adhesive layer; and a low-reflection coating layer formed on the upper side of the transparent substrate layer. |
